The Association of Tourist Structures of Marsala also participated in the TTG of Rimini as a guest on the Federalberghi Trapani stand, together with other structures of the province.
TTG Travel Experience is the benchmark Italian event for the promotion of world tourism in Italy and for the marketing of the Italian tourist offer in the world. In three days, it attracts operators from all over the world, key players in the main companies in the sector: tourism organizations, tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, transport, accommodation, tourist services, innovative technologies and solutions.
“This year – declares Ast Gaspare Giacalone’s president – is the first time that Federalberghi has promoted participation in a sector fair involving several of its members, all under one symbol to promote a coordinated and integrated offer of the territory , avoiding that everyone does their little promotion in a sea of offers while remaining a barely perceptible point in the tourist world. The project is therefore to create a better offer, from a qualitative and quantitative point of view, the whole of the provincial territory and to give the possibility to the small structures to participate and to have the strength of the group. Each with its own peculiarities, which individually would not have the opportunity to show itself. For example, the small B&B with few rooms, due to its location, the inspiration of its manager / owner, can awaken in some attentive visitors hidden curiosities that mass tourism cannot even think of. these three days many tourist operators (buyers, agencies, institutional representatives, individuals) interested in our territory and its particularities passed under the stand. The AST immediately gave its organizational and economic availability to participate in the event. We hope that the initiative can be repeated next year, with the hope that other public / private subjects can be involved ”.
