Players rated their clubs based on several questions and categories, based on last season. From now on, all the associations have received a note. Here are the notes of the Lugi HF men’s team.

Players had to answer questions related to the following main categories: service and benefits, food and travel, injuries and rehabilitation, quality of education and training, physical premises as well as a summary and general impression.

Lugi HF ranks as a team 9 out of 14 according to the survey to which the players responded.

Among the 14 teams of the Handball League, Lugi is thus classified as a team 9 out of 14. Players are more satisfied in the injury, rehabilitation and physical premises categories. The least satisfied are the players in terms of service and benefits.

Here’s what the rating looks like in each major category:

Service and Benefits

A total of 29 percent of Lugi HF players gave the club a fifth or sixth rating, with 6 meaning “very good”. This means that Lugi ranks as a team number 13 out of 14 in terms of player satisfaction in this category.

  • A few players write that they should have received help to find a job but never did.
  • “I think the club interacts positively with new players.”
  • “Our balls all broke and we haven’t received any news. All personal protection etc had to be taken care of and when club supplied clothing broke it took a long time to get new ones.
  • “You spend a lot of time for very little pay.”

Food and travel

A total of 31 percent of Lugi HF players gave the club a fifth or sixth rating, where 6 means “very good”. This means that Lugi ranks as a team number 9 out of 14 in terms of player satisfaction in this category.

  • Lots of reviews here. But also a player who writes “magic food”.

Injuries and rehabilitation

Overall, 55 percent of Lugi HF players gave the club a fifth or sixth rating, where 6 means “very good”. This means that Lugi ranks as a team number 8 out of 14 in terms of player satisfaction in this category.

  • “Good relations with physiotherapists.”
  • “Always respect when you are sick or have a feeling.”

Quality of education and training

A total of 36 percent of Lugi HF players gave the club a fifth or sixth rating, where 6 means “very good”. This means that Lugi ranks as a team number 9 out of 14 in terms of player satisfaction in this category.

  • “I think there’s way too much time spent on things that aren’t handball and maybe don’t achieve much.”
  • “There are a lot of people around the team who don’t contribute much.”
  • “Are there any details that I didn’t have the space to expand on that I might have wanted to expand on.”
  • “We don’t get a lot of individual feedback, but when it’s given it’s often detailed and good.”

Physical premises

A total of 66 percent of Lugi HF players gave the club a fifth or sixth rating, where 6 means “very good”. This means that Lugi ranks as a team number 6 out of 14 in terms of player satisfaction in this category.

  • “Too few people at the matches, otherwise a beautiful arena.”
  • “There is everything you need.”

Summary and general impression

A total of 49 percent of Lugi HF players gave the club a fifth or sixth rating, where 6 means “very good”. This means that Lugi ranks as a team number 7 out of 14 in terms of player satisfaction in this category.

  • “I think the Representation Act shows in a positive way what the club stands for in general.”
  • “Have a mental coach you can always talk to about the mental aspects.”
