Jacek Przybylski became the new director of the Cisco Global Services Center in Krakow, replacing Ramon Tancinco, who had held this position for 5 years.
currently around 2,200 people work at the Cisco Krakow center (which is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year). Over 70% of all Cisco Kraków employees belong to the Customer Experience (CX) & Operations organization, making Krakow the largest Customer Experience Center for Cisco in the EMEAR region.
As Head of Establishment, Jacek Przybylski will oversee the activities of the entire Krakow branch in all functional groups. The new director joined Cisco in August 2021, after leaving Atos, where he held various positions for 16 years, both nationally and internationally. He has extensive experience in IT services and engineering. He graduated from the University of Technology of Bydgoszcz in the field of Telecommunications, then obtained the Gold certificate for Manager Program at HEC School of Business in Paris.

Ramon Tancinco, out of this role, was recently promoted to Director of Cisco Digital Enterprise Services (IT) in the EMEAR region. He remains in Krakow and will continue to serve on the board of directors of the Krakow branch.
