Favorite victory in the ATG Swedish Cup

Skånela IF has started the Swedish season. The team beat Boden 24-32 in the first game of the ATG Swedish Cup.

The ATG Swedish Cup is underway. Skånela and Boden had the honor of starting the cup match with a game in the north. The home team, belonging to Division 1, had to start the game with three shots on goal and took advantage of the opportunity.

The initial advantage meant it took Skånela 15 minutes before equalizing for the first time in the game. The stand managed to disturb guests well and held up unexpectedly well. However, Skånela took a significant lead late in the first half. Emilio Lahdo, Gusten Montonen and Linus Wärnmark scored three goals in a row and thus Skånela were 12-15 at halftime.

Boden started the second half convincingly and came close to catching up after ten minutes (18-19). Then Skånela changed gears and improved the game. The visiting team escaped without major problems late in the game and eventually won 24-32, after five consecutive goals in the closing stages of the game.
