Skånela IF has started the Swedish season. The team beat Boden 24-32 in the first game of the ATG Swedish Cup.
The ATG Swedish Cup is underway. Skånela and Boden had the honor of starting the cup match with a game in the north. The home team, belonging to Division 1, had to start the game with three shots on goal and took advantage of the opportunity.

However, Skånela took a significant lead late in the first half. Emilio Lahdo, Gusten Montonen and Linus Wärnmark scored three goals in a row and thus Skånela were 12-15 at halftime.
