The next day Saturday, August 5 at 16:30 Wine trekking from Umrbiatico to the Fezzigna winery with an aperitif and final tasting of the company’s wines, while at 18:00 “On the contrary, vines and winemakers” is the place to get to know and taste the micro-vinifications of the Cirò Doc subzones. Sunday, August 6 theater space inside the cellar of Tenuta Senatore with the “Christ of the Suburbs” performance by Davide Sacco with Francesco Montanari, combined with a wine tasting from the Cirotano area. Wednesday, August 9 at 19:00 Goblets at Sunset is the recommended aperitif Barons Capoano on the company’s panoramic terrace, with live music and tasting of local excellence.
A program of parallel events to discover and get to know the whole world of Cirò up close, to meet producers, farmers, wines, cellars, in a common embrace to tell the story of one of the longest wine communities in Southern Italy preparing for the last two days starting L’August 8 with the technical tasting “Il cirò is the Calabrian Renaissance” assigned to Luca Gardini, which will be followed by those of August 9 “The vocation of rosé del Gaglioppo” again with Luca Gardini and “Il Cirò or the longevity of a great red from the South” with Luciano Pignataro. After the August 10 the grand finale with the tasting stalls in Madonna di Mare enriched with the local special food box from Lagust restaurant, wine bar and pantry with a variety of haute cuisine products and music by the author Pepe Voltarelli.
