– We are incredibly proud to have the opportunity to dress Sweden’s women’s and men’s national teams as part of the championship. Our partnership with the Swedish Football Federation reinforces our position in which we further unite fashion with sport and I can’t wait to see Sweden’s football elite wearing our apparel,” CEO Hans-Christian Meyer said in a comment.
This is the official outfit of football players off the pitch.
The collection will consist of a suit for women and men as well as shirts, t-shirts and ties.
The design is described as sporty and elegant and emphasizes comfort, fit and functionality.
Already this summer, on the occasion of the Photoball World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, the clothes will be worn by our Swedish footballers.
– We believe that J. Lindeberg is the best match for the investment we are currently making in our national teams, where we see common apparel contributing to the community even off the pitch. Ultimately, it’s about representing Sweden in the best possible way, and we’re confident that our two brands can achieve this together, says Helena Taube Rehnmark, Head of Marketing and Sales for the Swedish Football Association.
