Squad building for the upcoming season is underway at Önnered and the club now features a double extension. Linnea Lang and Andreas Berg continue in the green jersey.

Linnea Lang has a tough time behind her with double cruciate ligament injuries. Now, however, things are starting to clear up and Lang is rewarded with an extension of the previous contract with Önnered. The new agreement extends over the coming season.

– After battling two cruciate ligament injuries in the past two years, it feels good to finally get back on the pitch and continue at Önnered, she tells club website.

– With her size and shooting power, an injury-free Linnea is an asset in any SHE squad, club’s elite manager Christoffer Persson tells Önereds website.

It’s not just the women’s team that is going to overtime, but the men’s team is doing it too. Winger Andreas Berg has extended his contract next season.

– I’m super happy to be able to play and spend another year in the ÖHK family. It’s become like a second home here in the hall, so it’s really good for me and the family to have the extension, he says to club website.

– Andreas still has a lot to give and his irrational style of play and desire to decide make him a unique player from which we will also benefit greatly in the coming season, Persson tells Önnereds website.
