In the context of the intensification of the prevention activity, which aims to ensure fun in safe conditions in meeting places, with particular attention to the world of young people, the Police Commissioner of Savona issued an order to suspend the activity for food management. and drinks for seven days in the premises located in Loanos, as well as the complaint of the owner to the Judicial Authority.

The act, drawn up by the Administrative Police Department, was released for reasons of public order and security: after a check, the police found that alcohol was being given to children under 16 years of age. The officers also found that there was a night in progress at the venue with an exclusive area for dance and music service and a console for the DJ, in the absence of the required authorizations, therefore the administrative sanction will be imposed on this occasion as well.

The Police Headquarters points out that the measures taken at this stage do not entail the responsibility of the suspect until the final determination of guilt which can only be done with an irrevocable penalty.
