Bayerischer Rundfunk and the BR Mainfranken team will be presenting a colorful mix of information and entertainment from September 25 to October 3, 2021 at the Mainfranken exhibition in Mainwiesen in Würzburg Talavera. Many coordinators from radio and television are invited to the BR stage.

For nine days, the BR Mainfranken team, which includes BR-Studio Würzburg at Bahnhofsplatz, BR-Studio Untermain in Aschaffenburg and BR-Studio Main-Rhön in Schweinfurt, will present their work at BR-Messestudio and offer a A look at the background of the current report from all over Lower France for all BR radio, BR TV and ARD.

From “Blue Couch” to “BR Schlager Brunch”

• Many well-known BR coordinators also come from Munich or Nuremberg to the exhibition studio in Mainwiesen: Thorsten Otto will take a seat with Würzburg globalist Nick Martin on BAYERN’s “Blue Couch” 1. BR coordinator Ernst Vogt is invited to Bayern 2 “Rucksackradio” and welcomes the famous mountaineering couple Sigi and Gaby Hupfauer. Karin Schubert moves from the BR Schlager studio in Nuremberg to the BR stage in the showroom and brings the world of successful music to Würzburg: your guest at the “BR Schlager Brunch” is the dialect singer Max Weidner. Florist Julia Hostlowsky is also there with the garden magazine “Querbeet”. Shows the visitors of the exhibition the creative flower arrangements.

BR World of Experience and BR Social Club

For the first time, the brand new BR experience world will be presented at the Mainfranken exhibition. Here the whole variety of Bavarian Radio programs can be experienced playfully and fun. The “Social Club”, which takes place every day in the second half of the exhibition, is intended to provide a platform for related issues for young people. The contents are discussed with visitors who change every day, but they also tell fascinating stories: all this news, modern and in the world of BR experience. Information from the area and music entertainment

The Lower Franconia region also contributes interesting and fun things to the BR stage program. Among other things, the audience in the showroom can expect a dialect quiz, a fashion show, advice from the wine expert and medical information. Musical entertainment is provided by Suzan Baker and Dennis, Richie Necker, as well as musicians from MAINPOP and the Bad Königshofen Vocational School of Music. Irina Hanft, Susanne Günther and Jürgen Gläser from BR-Studio in Würzburg will lead the trade show week.
