The SIA Glass Our Finest range of finger glasses has a new member – RubyChocolate & Berries. The novelty is made with fresh cream based ice cream with crispy pieces of Ruby chocolate and a tasty blackcurrant and strawberry jam – as well as a lot of love and care for the ingredients.
A few years ago, SIA Glass relaunched its premium ice cream “Vår Finaste”, which is made from extra cream to do justice to the taste palette of proprietary ingredients.
RubyChoklad & Bär will be the sixth member of this exclusive crowd and the ingredients speak to all pleasures: the best ice cream from SIA Ice Cream with a strawberry flavor, blackcurrant-strawberry jam and crunchy pieces of Ruby chocolate. And of course a lot of love and care for the ingredients:
– Ruby is naturally pink in color and the taste is described as a blend of intense berry tones and delicious sweetness, it is sophisticated yet appealing and fits very well into our Finest series, says Dan Bengtsson, Marketing Director at SIA Glass.
Ruby is called “the fourth chocolate” after Dark, Light and White, and has a fruitiness that combines the tangy flavor of blackcurrant and strawberry.
– The ice cream is made from 100% Swedish fresh cream from, among others, our own dairy farm Berte Gård, and the ice cream is made and made just a stone’s throw from the farm of the Slöinge ice cream factory. Always with taste and pleasure at the center, says Dan Bengtsson.
