Introduced by Nintendo and Niantic Pikmin Bloom, a new chapter in the Pikmin series available exclusively on mobile devices, based on the augmented reality system. Exactly like Pokémon GO, the game asks users to walk with active GPS and capture all the Pikmin that are scattered around the world, combining fun and personal well-being.
Just started, Pikmin Bloom looks exactly like Pokémon GO, with a map of the surrounding area and many Pikmin scattered in the city streets. Unlike the Pokémon series game, however, Pikmin Bloom asks players to walk to accumulate energy, which can then be spent on catching creatures. Therefore, there will be no Pokéballs and battles, but only long walks necessary to record the different types of Pikmin and make the streets of your city flourish. To date, there are eight types of Pikmin: red, blue, yellow, purple, white, rock, feathered and decorative, with the latter being the equivalent of Shiny Pokémon.
Pikmin Bloom It is currently only available in a few countries, including Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, but will be available in Europe and North America soon. The game will be free to play with optional micro-transactions.
