Sieraków. Supreme Court rejected petition to quash judgment in murder case near Sieraków in February 2017
In November 2018, the Poznań District Court sentenced three residents of Międzychód County to 25 years’ imprisonment for the murder of a 26-year-old resident of Sieraków. The mother and grandmother of their victim must also pay a total of 200,000. PLN compensation. The judgment became final after examination of the appeal by the Poznań Court of Appeal. On September 22, 2021, the Supreme Court rejected the request to quash the judgment, which definitively closed the case.
