Players rated their clubs related to several questions and categories, looking at last season. From now on, all the associations have received a note. Here are Skuru IK’s notes.
Players had to answer questions related to the following main categories: service and benefits, food and travel, injuries and rehabilitation, quality of education and training, physical premises as well as summary and general impression.
Skuru IK ranks as a team 8 out of 10 (Heid and Skara are not included in our ranking because we received too few responses from them) according to the survey the players answered.

Skuru players are the most satisfied with the club’s injury management and rehabilitation, but rate it somewhat lower when it comes to the club’s facilities.
Service and Benefits
A total of 37% of Skuru IK players gave the club a fifth or sixth rating, where 6 means “very good”. This means that Skuru ranks as number 5 out of 10 in terms of player satisfaction in this category.
- “From time to time, the club sends jobs that we could apply for if you wish. We can also contact the club for help on available jobs if you need it.”
- “You still get shoes and protection as needed, but it’s a bit worse on the front with new jackets, bags, etc.”
- Asked about the insurance, a player replies: “Since I don’t really understand the question, I can guess that it’s not that good.”
- As to whether the compensation is fair for playing handball, one player replies: “Of course it varies from player to player, but you put a lot of time into it and especially in Stockholm where the rents are expensive, so it can be a little tight.”
food and travel
A total of 28% of Skuru IK players gave the club a fifth or sixth rating, where 6 means “very good”. This means that Skuru ranks as number 8 out of 10 in terms of player satisfaction in this category.
- The food at home matches is appreciated by the players, but the criticisms are about the quality of the food at away matches.
- The players praise the club’s initiative to have a tour bus at the end of the season, a move which meant there were beds on the bus when the club had many long trips.
Injuries and rehabilitation
Overall, 44% of Skuru IK players gave the club a fifth or sixth rating, where 6 means “very good”. This means that Skuru ranks as number 5 out of 10 in terms of player satisfaction in this category.
- Both the physiotherapist and the doctor receive praise, especially the fact that it is easy to get an appointment.
- “Of course people ask how it’s going with one, but I don’t feel like I’m getting any direct support from the club.”
- A few players feel that communication from coaches when players are injured is not the best.
Quality of education and training
A total of 38% of Skuru IK players gave the club a fifth or sixth rating, where 6 means “very good”. This means that Skuru ranks as number 5 out of 10 in terms of player satisfaction in this category.
- “Always rewarding workouts with new exercises etc which is great.”
- “Sometimes we talk a little too much about tactics.”
- Clearer communication from coaches is desired by many players.
Physical premises
A total of 28% of Skuru IK players gave the club a fifth or sixth rating, where 6 means “very good”. This means that Skuru ranks as number 9 out of 10 in terms of player satisfaction in this category.
- Regarding the welcome arena: “It’s a gymnasium for high school students”.
- The players are still not very happy with the locker room. “Feels like a warehouse” is one of the comments.
Summary and general impression
A total of 40% of Skuru IK players gave the club a fifth or sixth rating, where 6 means “very good”. This means that Skuru ranks as number 6 out of 10 in terms of player satisfaction in this category.
- According to a few players, the club does nothing at all to prevent mental illness.
- Regarding the weight, a player replied: “There is a bit of back and forth – there are a lot of questions about it which is thought out but sometimes it is too much.”
