Today in Imperia the last day of the San Giovanni celebrations and the Commission prepares a balance sheet.
“Today we came to the conclusion of this great and wonderful adventure that accompanies the history and history of the San Giovanni Commission: the celebrations of San Giovanni re-proposed in 1981 by historic President Sergio Landeri and his team of volunteers.
In the next hours or rather the next days we will be able to compile a balance sheet of the event, the realization of which, day by day, has occupied us very much physically and mentally, giving us great satisfaction and feelings.
A big thank you to all the volunteers of the San Giovanni e Tradizioni Onegliesi Commission, in love with their city, who devoted their free time to the community, to enjoy together a period of fun, good food and entertainment in the early summer, in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Already now we can with a little pride and satisfaction confirm that the appreciation for the quality of the cuisine has always been high, both for the fish of our tradition, and for the classic dishes that have accompanied us for years, its first pasta and mainly dishes with different meat suggestions. The dishes are based on a careful selection based on tests in our laboratory-kitchen, giving priority to the products of our territory, thus making the kitchen our flagship. The ‘Commission kitchen’ will welcome you to offer you the typical dishes of the tradition, the dish of the evening will be the spaghetti with anchovy sauce (limited portions)
