Today in Imperia the last day of the San Giovanni celebrations and the Commission prepares a balance sheet.

“Today we came to the conclusion of this great and wonderful adventure that accompanies the history and history of the San Giovanni Commission: the celebrations of San Giovanni re-proposed in 1981 by historic President Sergio Landeri and his team of volunteers.

Already now we can with a little pride and satisfaction confirm that the appreciation for the quality of the cuisine has always been high, both for the fish of our tradition, and for the classic dishes that have accompanied us for years, its first pasta and mainly dishes with different meat suggestions. The dishes are based on a careful selection based on tests in our laboratory-kitchen, giving priority to the products of our territory, thus making the kitchen our flagship. The ‘Commission kitchen’ will welcome you to offer you the typical dishes of the tradition, the dish of the evening will be the spaghetti with anchovy sauce (limited portions)

The program starts at 5.00 pm. with the opening of the MercantIneja kiosks, where you will find a wide variety of products, and the ability to drive a real Lamborghini Huracan thanks to virtual reality. The first and only certified simulator in the world Dinamico Lamborghini Squadra Corse.

At 6.00 p.m. ‘Superba Young Choir’ concert at Borgo Peri Church – San Martino fraternity. Superba Young Choir was founded in 2020 by conductor Michele Perrella. Despite his recent training, he has participated in important events and numerous concerts, with great recognition. In 2021, in collaboration with the independent record label Avventurosa Film, he collaborated with Rai Cinema to create the documentary “Futura”, directed by Pietro Marcello, Francesco Munzi and Alice Rohrwacher. The staff varies from 8 to 28 and benefits from the collaboration of Liceo Giordano Bruno’s vocal group in Albenga. The repertoire, both a cappella and accompanying, sacred and profane, traces various eras ranging from the Middle Ages to the modern, with a strong preference for the Renaissance and Baroque.

At 7.00 p.m. at the exhibition space ASD Cultural Dog will present “A dog’s life”. There will be behavior trainers, agility trainers and trainers.
