It is now clear which eight teams have progressed to the Swedish Cup. The quarter-finals are then played in November and the best four teams qualify for the Final 4, which will be played in Halmstad from March 9 to 10, 2024.
HK Aranäs booked a place in the quarter-finals, despite losing the second leg against HK Varberg. The round of 16 ended 52-49 in favor of Aranäs. HK Kungälv held on against Eskilstuna Guif and despite a draw in the second leg, it was Kungälv who emerged victorious in the round of 16. Amo HK secured a clear victory in the second leg, after a draw against Skånela IF in the round of 16. Hammarby IF managed to tame HF Karlskrona and the final score was 64-58 in total.
IK Sävehof beat Malmö HK without major problems, as did IFK Kristianstad against Alingsås HK. IF Ystad could book a ticket to the quarter-finals after a comfortable victory in the second leg against IFK Skövde. Önnered’s HK managed to beat IF Hallby in both matches and is therefore through to the quarter-finals.
