The secret is that the extra cream brings out the flavors of the exclusive ingredients.
– The fact that the cream also makes the ice cream even smoother and creamier further improves the taste experience, explains Dan Bengtsson.

Won the award for the best vanilla ice cream in the world

When ice cream makers around the world voted in a blind test* on vanilla ice cream, SIA Ice Cream's 'Our Finest Vanilla' was the clear winner and was named Best Vanilla Ice Cream of the world.
– An incredible recognition that shows that our ice creams are of the absolute highest quality. An award that we greatly appreciate, says Dan Bengtsson.

Premium Swedish ice cream all the way

SIA Glass makes all its ice creams with 100% Swedish fresh cream from, among others, its own dairy farm, Berte Gård. The ice cream is then developed and produced just a stone's throw from the Slöinge ice cream factory farm.
– We have a unique history here in Slöinge, Halland, which gives us full control over the entire process – from the farm and the cows that give us our cream, to the factory where we develop and make the ice cream. We know that our customers place great importance on sustainability and the fact that our products are manufactured in Sweden. This makes our best ice cream even more delicious, I think, concludes Dan Bengtsson.

Flavors launched in the premium “Our Finest” series:

OUR BEST WALNUT – Ice cream with the taste of maple syrup and tasty nuts with great chew resistance.

OUR BEST LEMON CURDE – Cream ice cream with a wonderful lemon-filled cream accompanied by a crispy meringue.

OUR BEST CHOCOLATE – Chocolate, truffle sauce and pieces of soft truffles encrusted in a creamy chocolate cream ice cream.

OUR BEST PISTACHIOS – Ice cream with a rich, nutty taste and toasted pistachio almonds.

OUR BEST VANILLA – Creamy vanilla flavor comes from the highest quality bourbon vanilla. Named the best vanilla ice cream in the world*.

Other new frozen products that will be launched in stores during week 12:

Raspberry ice cream boat Salted licorice Pack of 4: Both raspberry and salted licorice ice cream and salted licorice sauce in a black bowl with salted licorice dip.
Hazelnut 0.5 liter: Hazelnut flavored ice cream, hazelnut ripple and roasted hazelnuts.
Yuzu coconut 0.5 liter: Coconut flavored ice cream, toasted coconut flakes and yuzu sorbet.
Lactose Free Light Chocolate 0.65 liters: Light lactose-free chocolate ice cream and lactose-free milk chocolate sauce.
Ice Dream Beef Chocolate 0.5 liter: Vegan chocolate ice cream made from coconut cream with chocolate sauce and candied roasted hazelnuts.

*Voting took place as a blind test in October 2019 during the IICC annual conference. The IICC (International Ice Cream Consortium) is an association of independent ice cream manufacturers from around the world.
