High party factor during the Halloween party

Light rain from dark clouds could not dampen the mood of Halloween-celebrating youth who were in the city center of Stavanger on Saturday night. And different costumes and effects were unmistakable.

Black and red paint, makeup and imaginative clothing, some recognizable, others more or less self-composed, stood out in the light of the nightclubs. No doubt about which day to celebrate. And the noise level was occasionally high as the youngsters wandered the streets of the city.

Several gangs, more or less dressed up and ready to party, had a high party factor. And many were on their way from private parties to nightclubs.

Halloween, or All Saints’ Day as we also call it tonight, has become a holiday for both young and old in the past 20 years.

Some had done a thorough job choosing costumes and choosing effects, others kept a lower Halloween profile.

The Halloween celebration intensified throughout the evening, this last Saturday in October.
