Taylor Swift get ready to take Ages-tour in Europe. On May 9, 2024, she began with a first concert in Paris and the tour ended on August 17, 2024 in London. In the meantime, she will make three stops in Sweden when she visits the Friends Arena in Stockholm on May 17, 18 and 19, 2024.

The pop star released the acclaimed album last October Midnightsand on the same day broke the record for the most streams in one day, causing the streaming service Spotify to crash.

During the fall, the Billboard top ten also included every song from Swift's latest album – something that had never happened before.

GAFFA reviewer Daniel Andersson gave the album a score of four out of six:
“The most successful pieces are those that slow down the tempo; it’s beautiful Labyrinth it's magical and the piano ballad Sweet words is at least as bright. Vigilante shit, which is reminiscent of Billie Eilish, is, however, a song that should have been abandoned entirely, and these weak moments make the album too uneven. But the best songs are pop of the highest order.”

Today, the city of Santa Clara, California, announced that the global star will serve as honorary mayor for two days when his tour arrives there July 28-29, according to Mirror.

“The city is honoring Taylor Swift and ‘The Eras Tour’ to celebrate her cultural heritage,” Mayor Lisa Gillmor said in a statement.

The city will also change its name to Swiftie Clara during these two days and this is not the first time that a city has chosen to change its name due to the arrival of the global artist. When she began her tour in Glendale, Arizona, the town temporarily changed its name to Swift City.
